You know, it’s my opposite of Jesse Jackson’s ‘Keep Hope Alive’—it’s ‘Keep Fear Alive.’ Keep it alive. – Assistant Director of the FBI Thomas Fuentes

Why is the FBI so deeply involved in this “Idaho 4” murder case?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) role in this “Idaho 4” quadruple homicide case is not readily apparent upon a surface level analysis of this case. However, upon a deeper analysis it becomes readily apparent that the FBI has a deep involvement in developing all the key pieces of evidence incriminating suspect Bryan Kohberger.

Quite literally every key piece of evidence that incriminates suspect Kohberger in this case is contingent upon the actions & investigatory work product of the FBI.  One such example of this is the FBI is the organization that identified “Suspect vehicle 1”, the 2011-2013 (later altered to 2011-2016) White Hyundai Elantra from surveillance camera footage.

Another example of the FBI’s deep involvement of the key evidence that incriminates suspect Kohberger for these murders, includes the alleged collection of Kohberger father’s DNA and the alleged genealogical DNA investigation conducted.

The entire saga surrounding the apparent unlawful collection of DNA from suspect Kohberger’s parents’ trash can on private property, in a gated community, most certainly included the FBI – given the location of Kohberger’s parent’s home in Pennsylvania and the interstate nature of the FBI’s jurisdiction.

Kohberger was not questioned or investigated in the same manner as other suspects in the case, is this because the FBI needed Kohberger to appear to be evading justice on his cross-country road trip from Idaho to Pennsylvania?

The FBI appears to have needed Kohberger to appear to be a man evading justice, in order to prosecute Kohberger in the court of public opinion. This public perception of Kohberger’s guilty appearance as a man evading justice is a necessary element in what equates to a malfeasant “magic show” orchestrated by the FBI to frame suspect Kohberger.

What is the FBI’s authority in this case?

According to the FBI’s own guidelines of authority, as defined by federal law, the FBI does not have any jurisdiction to investigate homicide cases of adults in any state in America.

The exception to this rule is that the FBI has authority in cases of “violent crimes against interstate travelers” and “serial killers.” It is important to note that the FBI does not automatically have authority even in those circumstances, as state officials must request the FBI to investigate such matters of “violent crimes against interstate travelers” and “serial killers.”
